Can BringBackMyMac send alerts to multiple email addresses?
Absolutely, simply enter the desired email address under 'Owner Information' Preferences for BringBackMyMac. But you must be careful to separate them by a spaces. By registering multiple email addresses, you'll also increase your chances of recovering your machine.

How does the software lock BringBackMyMac?
When the machine is connected to the Internet, the program retrieves the necessary information, photo, video, IP address and sends it via email to predefined address.

Can I use the same license on another computer?
Each copy of the program corresponds to a license for ONE computer. It is therefore not transferable.

If your application is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure BringBackMyMac is authorized to access the Web.

I installed BringBackMyMac but when I try to boot my Windows partition / CD reboot / other partition, I am asked for a password, what to do? What is the password?
You must enter the same password that you used for BringBackMyMac. This password is set by BringBackMyMac to avoid booting your machine from partitions or equipment other than the default startup disk.

I lost my password and I'm starting BringBackMyMac via my Windows partition / CD reboot / other partition, What can I do?
Go BringBackMyMac panel in System Preferences, enter the administrator password to unlock and change the password BringBackMyMac. Then reboot the system by pressing the option / alt once the black screen. Enter the password BringBackMyMac and choose the Windows partition / CD restart / boot to another partition.

I did not enter my password BringBackMyMac time and my screen is now blocked. What should I do to restart?
